We are committed to the culture of the kingdom of God according to three important teachings of the Scriptures.
*Prioritize the transformation of our character by renewing our understanding and absorbing the mind of Christ (Ephesians 4: 20-24).
*Practice the new commandment of Jesus, which is: “love your neighbor as He loved us” (John 13:34). Jesus loved us by losing his own life so that we could inherit eternal life. Likewise, we must be willing to lose so that our neighbor can win (1 John 3:16).
*Serve people without the worry of being served, as this was the example that the Lord Jesus left us (Matthew 20:28).
We believe in the plenary inspiration of the Bible, the only rule of normative faith for Christian life and character (2 Tim. 3: 16-17).
We believe in one God, creator of all things, eternally subsisting in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (1 John. 5: 7; Mt. 3: 16-17).
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God (John 20:31; Eph. 1: 3). That He and the Father are one (John 10:30). That He is the image of the invisible God (John 14: 9; Col. 1:15). He being incarnate God Himself (John 1: 1, 14).
We believe that the Holy Spirit is a person distinct from the Father and the Son (John 14:16, 26), and He is also God Himself (1 John 5: 7).
We believe that the church, in addition to being a juridical-religious institution, is also a living organism, called “the body of Christ” (1 Cor. 12:27). Because of its spiritual life and development, we believe that its members must care for their health and edification (Eph. 4: 15-16).
We believe in biblical baptism performed by immersion, in water, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, as determined by the Lord Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:19). We believe in the Lord's holy supper, as the Lord Jesus Christ commanded us (Lk. 22: 19-20), so that we could practice it in remembrance of Him.
We believe in baptism with the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the one who baptizes (John 1:33). We believe in the evidence of speaking in other languages (Acts 2: 4 and 19: 1-6), and that this is a promise for all generations (Acts 2: 38-39).
We believe in the existence and manifestation, up to the present day, of spiritual gifts, distributed by the Holy Spirit according to the sovereignty of his will, for the building up of the body of Christ (1Co. 12: 1-11 and 14:12).
We believe in the sinfulness of man, who has deprived him of the glory of God, and that only repentance and faith in the atoning and redemptive work of Jesus Christ, can restore him from this condition (Rom. 3:23; Acts 3: 19).
We believe in man's salvation, which is eternal life with God, through Jesus Christ (Acts 4: 11-12), achieved by grace through faith (Eph. 2: 8), and the need to live a life of sanctification, without which no one will see God (Heb. 12:14).
We believe in the two collective resurrections of the dead as foreseen in the book of Revelation. The first for the dead in Christ (Rev. 20: 4-5), and the second for the rest of the dead, in order to be judged (Rev. 20: 11-13).
We believe in the second coming of Christ (Matt. 24:27; 1 Thess. 5:23; 2 Thess. 2: 1), who will come this time to reign with the church on earth (Rev. 20: 6), and in the rapture of church at the time of his coming (1 Thess. 4: 15-17).
We believe that God established the conjugal union between a man and a woman, and never between individuals of the same sex. For thus they were created, male and female (Gen. 1:27 and 5: 2), and then joined as a couple by God Himself (Gen. 2: 21-24).
We believe that the homosexual affective relationship is a very serious sin before God (Lev. 18:22; Rom. 1: 26-27). This religious institution strongly disapproves of such behavior, and our pastoral body is prohibited from encouraging it or celebrating it in the form of marriage.
